    Deep Tissue, Relaxation, and Hot Stone Massage are not claimable.

    • Minimum of 24 hours-notice required for cancellations / reschedule

    • No show or cancelling/rescheduling within 2 hours of the treatment time will result in 100% of the treatments cost.

    • Bookings confirmed once reviewed and approved by the Essen Remedial team.

    Public Holiday Surcharge:
